After school when everyone is gone, the school "characters" come to life. The pencils, computers, lunchroom trays, library books, school bells, and others argue about who is the most important to the school. The flag sets up a courtroom and gives everyone the chance to have their "say"...which, of course, is in song. Who will win? The Elvis style computers who are "All Keyed Up"? The calypso pencils? The country "Nurse's Office"? The '50's ballad "Cover to Cover"?
